A limited number of private commissions are undertaken each year — for individuals, families and organizations seeking a mindful witness of a life, a legacy, or a threshold: a retirement, a milestone, an illness, a final chapter.
The work is unhurried and made together, over multiple conversations and sittings. Each commission weaves interviews and portrait sessions into a finished story — words and photographs, made to be kept. It is for people who understand that their story — and how it is told — matters.
